By downloading, installing, or using the Calor mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Calor is a health and fitness application that helps users track their calorie and macronutrient intake, monitor weight progress, and connect with others for motivation. Key features include:

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Managing Subscriptions

You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID Account Settings. Subscriptions may not be cancelled during the active subscription period.

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store refund policy. We do not provide refunds directly. To request a refund, contact Apple Support.

Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods for premium subscriptions. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription. You may only use one free trial per account.
